What you'll be doing
- Coordinate and lead end-to-end IT and business change projects, from scoping through execution to closure, ensuring alignment with Karo's growth strategy.
- Manage and develop Karo's application landscape - with a strong focus on Veeva and Veeva Vault - ensuring compliance with internal and external requirements.
- Maintain and improve the Application Portfolio register and lead reporting on cybersecurity and compliance.
- Support IT spend control and ensure cost-effective operations.
- Translate business needs into technical requirements, collaborating closely with business teams.
- Contribute to projects adding new functionalities and supporting data migrations.
- Partner with application vendors to leverage roadmaps and new features.
- Maintain validated system documentation to meet regulatory standards.
- Build data analytics capabilities, developing reports and dashboards that deliver actionable insights.
Requirements
- University degree in IT, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience managing IT projects in fast-paced, regulated environments (Life Science experience is an advantage).
- Strong knowledge of application management - hands-on experience with Veeva and Veeva Vault is a must.
- Skilled at balancing multiple projects with structure and precision.
- Fluent in English and Swedish, with excellent communication skills.
- A proactive, service-minded, and hands-on approach, with strong organizational skills.
- Comfortable driving change and collaborating across diverse international teams
