What you'll be doing
- Support financial controllers and coordinate with tax advisors in the preparation and review of international tax filings and reports
- Monitor developments in international tax regulations and assess their impact on the business
- Assist in preparing tax provisions for financial statements under IFRS/GAAP
- Provide tax advisory support to internal stakeholders across markets
- Help manage responses to tax audits and inquiries from tax authorities
- Contribute to group tax policies, guidelines, and governance processes
- Support tax-related aspects of business restructurings, geo-expansions, and M&A integrations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- 2-4 years of experience in tax, preferably with exposure to international tax
- Experience in a multinational corporation or public accounting firm is a strong plus
- Good understanding of international tax principles and compliance frameworks
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global environment and manage multiple priorities
