Svar Life Science is looking for a proactive and hands-on Marketing & Event Coordinator to join our dynamic Marketing & Communications team in Malmö.
Abut the Role:
As our new Marketing & Event Coordinator, you'll play a key role in supporting the Marketing Communication team and the rest of the organisation with a wide range of marketing and event-related tasks. This is a junior-level position, perfect for someone who is eager to learn, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves - whether it's organising and packing exhibition materials, posting a last-minute social media update, or designing a flyer in InDesign.
As a member of Svar Life Sciences marketing communications department, you will work closely together with Product and Technology Managers, the Sales Department and collaborate with other internal and external stakeholders.
Key responsibilities:
- Coordinate and support marketing campaigns, and events from planning to execution
- Keep track of project timelines and remind team members of upcoming deadlines
- Prepare and organize materials for exhibitions and events
- Post updates and content on social media channels
- Provide general administrative support to the Marketing & Communications team and the organization
- Assist with the creation of marketing materials using Adobe Creative Suite (especially InDesign)
What we're looking for:
- A self-driven, can-do attitude and willingness to take on and support a variety of tasks
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- A team-oriented mindset with great collaboration skills
- A genuine interest in science and life sciences (no scientific degree required)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Basic graphic design skills and familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (especially InDesign)
