As we scale, it is critical that our financial processes are robust, agile, and provide the insights we need to make informed decisions quickly and confidently.
We are looking for a Finance Business Partner who can bring both strategic financial thinking and hands-on execution. This role is vital to ensuring financial health, driving data-informed decisions, and supporting our transition to new financial systems as we scale our SaaS business.
About the role
- Streamline and manage Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and Bank Reconciliations
- Handle bonus calculations and optimize payout tracking
- Ensure all key finance processes are clearly documented
- Lead budget planning and forecasting across teams
- Own SaaS metrics reporting
- Turn financial data into actionable insights
- Support decisions with analysis on Customer segmentation, Pricing strategies, Market and product clusters and other key drivers
- Work closely with department leads to support Budget creation, Business case development, Ad hoc financial analysis and ongoing financial guidance and support
- Track and report key company metrics
Requirements
We are looking for a detail-oriented and forward-thinking finance professional who thrives in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.
You should have:
- Strong experience in core finance operations, including AR/AP, reconciliations, and reporting
- Skilled in budget planning, forecasting, and SaaS business metrics
- Comfortable working with large data sets, performing deep analysis, and turning insights into action
- Solid understanding of SaaS financial models
- Experience with finance system implementations or migrations (e.g., Economics to QuickBooks)
- Excellent communication skills and a strong partner to both technical and commercial teams
- Organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-moving, remote-first SaaS environment
