We are searching for an HR Partner who is highly-engaged and excited about taking on the various responsibilities and tasks that come with day-to-day operations in a busy HR department as well as contributing to take us to the next level.
In this central role, you will be part of a small, but efficient team consisting of the HR Manager and an HR Coordinator working closely with the COO to provide a supportive and value-adding HR environment to Visiopharm’s employees.
Team responsibilities you will be part of:
- Responding to inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures
- Preparation of contracts, addendums and other documentation
- Practical tasks related to onboarding, offboarding and reorganisation
- Updating of HR Data, Organizational Charts and HR Platform (Mindkey)
- Supporting annual tasks e.g. employee development interviews and salary adjustments
- Participation in upcoming HR projects (L&D platform, Values & Culture, Employee Engagement, Employer Branding, Digitalization of HR processes)
Responsibilities specific to your role in addition to the above:
- Recruitment both internally driven and through external recruitment partners in collaboration with HR Manager
- Conduct organizational reviews in collaboration with HR Manager and COO
- Establish Learning and Development platform incl. Management Training in collaboration with HR Manager
- General support of both managers and employees in grievance cases, PIPs etc.
- HR Legal support (contracts and terminations)
Your qualifications and personal skills:
- Relevant education e.g. Cand.soc. HRM, M.Sc. Strategy, Organization and Leadership or similar
- Min. 3 years experience in an HR Partner role or similar (e.g. experienced HR Generalist)
- Working expertise in Danish Employment Law and best practices in HR
- Experience with recruitment and DISC profiling or similar personality profiling
- Service-minded and approachable with strong people-skills
- Thrive doing both routine tasks and taking on new complex challenges
- High level of integrity and can maintain confidentiality
- Fluent in English and adept at working across diverse cultures
