About the role:
Customer Service (covering deployment, onboarding and service) plays a critical and central role within the organization as we are a customer facing team who delivers support to customers when technical challenges arise, we assist, we demonstrate, we teach, and we present our state-of-the-art software and how to use the highly advanced image analysis platform. We also extend our service offering such as our Visiopharm Academy
As a natural part of your role, you will have many daily touchpoints with customers as you support them in maximizing the use of Visiopharm's products in their digital pathology analysis both within Research and Clinical fields. You will become an expert in using our image analysis platform to its fullest capability and continue your training to be up-to-date with all new features. You will meet a wide range of customer personas stretching from a lab technician to researchers to well-known pathologists understanding their exact needs, environments and goals using our software.
Your key responsibilities:
- Teach and train customers how to use our highly advanced image analysis platform through online screen sharing sessions lasting 1-2 hours
- Tailored one-on-one training session with super user to assist with solving their specific image analysis tasks within digital pathology
- Host Visiopharm Academy courses – typically two full days at Visiopharm with presentations, demonstrations and exercises
- Diagnose and solve technical support cases – with the help of our development department when needed
- Install our software with the customer’s IT. This will be done from our office in Hørsholm
Preferred requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in life sciences
- Experience with pathology lab processes
- General proficiency in software and basic understanding of IT and general interest in technical deployments and support
- Fluent in English and at least one of the Nordic languages, both written and verbal

Location and reporting line:
You will be working from our HQ in Hørsholm – just North of Copenhagen, Denmark. Due to the hybrid nature of the role (min. 3 office days per week), we will only take into consideration applicants living in Denmark or the Southern part of Sweden.
You will report directly to Manager of Professional Services, EMEA & APAC as part of a team of 5 dedicated colleagues in the Professional Services Team.
