Be the new Commercial Manager/ Senior Manager

Currently, we are looking for a new Commercial Manager/Senior Manager who has Commercial business acumen and experience in delivering innovative results preferably within the healthcare, pharmaceutical industry or biotech. As part of Zealand Pharma's Commercial Department, you will be contributing to critical projects across various commercial functions. This cross-functional role involves conducting research, analyzing qualitative and quantitative data, and supporting multiple workstreams, providing valuable input to strategic initiatives.
This is a unique opportunity to make an impact in a high-priority therapeutic area (TA) with a broad and diverse portfolio of ongoing projects, while developing your skills in a fast-paced, high-growth biotech environment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct and collect research, structure, and analyze data to provide actionable insights across the commercial team.
- Support a wide range of commercial projects and ad-hoc tasks in a fast-paced cross-functional capacity.
- Actively contribute to Zealand Pharma´s alliance and integration success of co-development and co-commercialization efforts for Zealand Pharma's robust pipeline of obesity assets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships across the organization, engaging with stakeholders both in the Danish HQ and the US-based commercial team.
Candidate profile
- Experience within the FMCG (consumer), health care or pharmaceutical industry/biotech background.
- A demonstrated eagerness to learn and contribute to a fast-paced commercial environment.
- Must be a creative problem solver.
- Commercial business acumen across a variety of roles and demonstrated experience in delivering innovative results.
- Proficiency in market research and data analysis, with a desire to grow in these areas.
- Ability to innovate and ideate on traditional commercial approaches and applications.
- Effective stakeholder management skills and a willingness to embrace diverse perspectives.
- Native language level proficiency in written and oral English.
