About the Role
Y-mAbs seeks a Chief of Staff to ensure smooth operations, effective communications, and strategic alignment within the organization. They will serve as an advisor by supporting the CEO and senior leadership. This role will ensure that Y-mAbs delivers its strategic plan through effective project management and communication to drive organizational initiatives forward.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with executive and senior leadership to develop, refine, and deliver the company's strategic plan.
- Assist in developing and executing key business initiatives to achieve organizational goals.
- Oversee and coordinate critical projects and initiatives within the company to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
- Track project milestones, identify potential risks/challenges, and implement timely solutions to keep projects on schedule.
- Provide analytical and research support to aid executive decision-making.
- Streamline internal/external processes to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Identify areas for improvement and work cross-functionally to implement solutions by engaging stakeholders.
- Champion a collaborative and high-performance work culture.
- Assist in developing and implementing risk management and crisis plans.
- Identify and communicate the management/mitigation of risks.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
Key Qualifications
We seek a candidate with a background and significant experience in a leadership or strategic role within the life sciences industry. Proven track record supporting a CEO & Executive/Senior leadership team. International experience, preferably US and Nordic. The successful candidate must have project management experience and be able to operate in a fast, dynamic environment.
This is a hybrid role, and the successful candidate must be able to commute between Nutley & Princeton, New Jersey. There will also be a requirement to travel internationally.
