Devote Consulting is looking to expand our team of consultants and is searching for professionals with consultancy experience or similar, preferably from the pharma, biotech, or medical device industry working in technical or engineering roles.

Exciting tasks await you
- Supporting projects that deliver changes to the life science industry within processes, data and systems within R&D, research and clinical operations, manufacturing, and regulatory affairs
- Providing SME input into product design and development
- Architecting and Implementing systems in large-scale, validated environments
- Optimization and (re)design of business processes
- Driving a wide variety of projects, stakeholder management, project planning, change management, and delivery of required compliance documentation for processes and systems
Your qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree within life sciences, engineering, healthcare (Master’s degree is a plus)
- 5+ years of experience working within relevant industry (e.g. pharma, biotech, etc.) (for consultant roles, 2-5 years of relevant experience)
- Experience with project or program management
- Experience and strong comprehension in one or more of the following areas: SDLC, Design Control, Systems Validation, Systems Engineering, Process Optimization and Automation, Infrastructure and Automation (Lab, Manufacturing, Diagnostics, etc.)
- Experience with one or more of the following:
· Clinical R&D systems: CTMS, eTMF, RBM, EDC, eCOA, ePRO, etc.
· Operational/Enterprise Systems: LIMS/RIMS, MES, eQMS, ERP, Data Management Systems
· Strong comprehension in one or more of the following regulatory standards: ISO 13485, ISO 14971, IEC 62304, IEC 62366, GxP
- An Analytical and problem-solving mindset, able to see the bigger picture
- Service-driven mentality and able to effectively engage and manage stakeholders
