The role
As Marketing Project Manager, you will play a central role in driving key marketing initiatives that span global product launches, strategic digital projects, and regional campaign execution. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful introduction of new technologies, lead digital projects that enhance our online presence and tools, and support sales efforts in the EMEA region with impactful marketing activities.
This role requires a combination of project management expertise, digital marketing skills, and the ability to execute strategies that deliver measurable business results. Reporting directly to the Global Marketing Director, you will be based in our headquarters in Ballerup, Denmark, and become an integral part of the Global Marketing Team.

Key responsibilities
About the Role
In this role, you will take ownership of three key areas:
1. Execution of New Product Introductions
- Plan and lead global product launch activities, ensuring timely and impactful market entry.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, sales, marketing) to align efforts and meet strategic objectives.
- Develop marketing materials, launch events, and customer engagement initiatives to support the launch.
2. Strategic Digital Projects
- Implement and manage digital projects, including website optimization, CRM tools, and marketing automation platforms.
- Collaborate with external agencies to execute SEO, PPC, and other performance-focused initiatives.
- Leverage data and analytics to evaluate and optimize digital campaigns and project outcomes.
3.Regional Campaign Execution in EMEA
- Support regional sales teams by executing tailored marketing campaigns and activities.
- Align global strategies with local needs to drive lead generation and sales enablement.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance to ensure measurable results.
Profile & key qualifications
We’re looking for a versatile marketing professional with a strong foundation in project management, digital expertise, and product launch experience.
Your qualifications
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in project management, digital marketing, and/or product launch roles, preferably in B2B or life sciences industries.
- Proficient in using project management tools and digital marketing platforms (e.g., WordPress, Google Analytics, marketing automation tools).
- Hands-on experience with launch excellence & the product launch toolbox.
- Hands-on experience working with SEO, PPC, and other digital performance strategies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess project and campaign performance.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
