Office & Warehouse Administrator

Are you an organized and proactive individual looking for a varied role in a dynamic workplace? We are seeking a mature and reliable person with strong administrative skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and a positive attitude to support both our office and pharmaceutical warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform general administrative duties, including data entry, document management, and email correspondence.
Utilize Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) to prepare reports and maintain records.
Assist with light office duties such as making coffee, watering plants, and ensuring a welcoming office environment.
Support our pharmaceutical warehouse team with packaging goods when needed.
Coordinate office supplies and maintain workplace organization.

Ideal Candidate:

Strong administrative background with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask efficiently.
Friendly and approachable, contributing to a positive office environment.
Willingness to work and assist in the warehouse as needed.
Mature, responsible, and a team player.
