About WARD 24/7:

WARD 24/7 is a European digital health company based in Copenhagen, Denmark. Our impact is broad and potentially immense as we enable a new standard of care in general wards monitoring, with our proprietary algorithm based, nurse app – WARD-CSS. Using standard patient monitoring data, our system is able to identify and separate only the clinically relevant complications earlier, enabling nurses to monitor patients 24/7 even with a high patient-to-nurse ration. Our platform enables nurses to better anticipate potential patient problems and reduce the risk of severe events including sepsis and stroke. In short, our system helps enable continuous patient monitoring in the general ward – creating a new Gold Standard for early detection of clinical deterioration – and at the same time to help solve the wide-spread nursing-shortage.

We recently were CE-certified (MDR), our system is deployed in the first hospitals and are currently well underway with commercialization and product launch for European markets.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Territory Sales Manager to sell in selected EU markets. As we are currently implementing in the Nordic region our focus is now on the next digitally ready European markets.

The territory Sales Manager will be responsible for providing market knowledge, identifying customers, and developing new direct accounts, sales partnerships with sensor- and monitoring companies as well as distributor management. This role will work closely with the Chief Commercial Officer as well as the clinical implementation team:

Responsibilities:

· Identify and directly target potential customers in hospitals via a top-down management approach followed by a vertical integration to several wards across the hospital.

· Conduct needed market research to understand reimbursement, customer needs, industry trends, and possible industry corporation partners.

· Develop and implement effective sales tactics to meet or exceed sales targets.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.

· Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value of our SaaS system.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including the clinical implementation team, to ensure customer satisfaction and product enhancements.

· Stay up to date with industry developments and continuously expand product knowledge.

· Identify customers and develop accounts: Identify and build relationships with key relevant evaluation and purchase decision makers including clinical, hospital management and IT stakeholders.

· Partner management: Build and manage relationships with strategic partners in-country, including patient monitoring, EHR and nursing communication app companies, nursing associations, that enhance the company’s value proposition and market reach.

Qualifications:

· Proven track record of success in B2B hospital sales.

· Understanding of SaaS solutions and their application in the healthcare sector is preferred.

· Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

· Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.

· Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

· Experience working in international, cross functional teams and organizations is highly preferred.

· Familiarity with the regulatory environment and compliance requirements in the medical devices industry.

· Persistentcy: As a first-mover in this field you must be willing and able to go the extra mile to penetrate new markets and accounts.
