We are growing and looking for new talents to join our team in embedded software development. If you want to do something which improves people’s quality of life and well-being and you are inspired by Healthtech, you might be our new Embedded Software Engineer!
We expect you to be a software professional; someone who has hands-on experience and desire to continuously learn new skills and technologies. You do not need to have former experience in MedTech since your team will help you to learn more about healthcare and medical software. You work as a part of software team of Innokas Design Services, which delivers complete device or system design projects to customers, and our projects may include the complete stack of software: embedded, connectivity, data, cloud, etc. In addition, we deliver software only projects. The position is permanent and open primarily in Espoo / Helsinki Capital Area or secondarily at Kempele / Oulu area.
Desired experience and skills for this role
You should have couple years of experience with Linux OS and embedded systems, but we are looking for developers with as many as possible of following skills:
- Experience with embedded Linux and Yocto build system
- Solid coding skills in C or C++ and scripting languages
- Experience with microcontrollers or processors
- Familiar with oscilloscope and hands-on with HW
- Understanding of cybersecurity principles
- Willingness to work also with customers along your colleagues
