We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lab Technician with expertise in High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) and Mass Spectrometry (MS) to support our growing operations. The ideal candidate will be adept at working with peptides and large biologics, performing routine and advanced analysis, and contributing to our high-quality scientific services.
-Responsibilities:
- Perform sample preparation and data analysis.
- Perform HPLC and MS analyses on peptides and large biologics.
- Execute method development and validation for analytical procedures.
- Analyze and interpret data from HPLC and MS experiments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support client projects.
- Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Maintain accurate records of experiments and results.
-Qualifications:
- Degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related field (Lab Technician diploma acceptable) or current enrollment as a Master's student.
- Strong hands-on experience with HPLC and MS in the context of peptide and biologic analysis including Intact Mass, peptide mapping and PTMs, glycosylation analysis as well as HPLC based methods like RP, SE and IEX chromatography.
- Familiarity with analytical method development and validation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
