Business IT Projects and Applications (BITPA) is a team in our Global IT, who ensures implementation and maintenance of critical IT Applications in Zealand Pharma. We are a growing team of 7 Application Managers and Project Managers, who work closely together throughout the whole organization.
We secure implementation projects that fulfill the requirements made both by business and authorities. We are on a journey to professionalize our IT Applications/Systems landscape and have clear roadmaps for upcoming implementation.
Responsibilities
You will be responsible for implementing both GxP and non-GxP IT Applications and major changes to existing IT Applications and infrastructure. Furthermore, you will be responsible for following:
- Lead Request for Proposals and requirements gathering
- Define and follow execution of project timelines and milestones together with business and suppliers
- Ensure project tracking of actions, decisions, and risks
- Ensure good communication to all stakeholders during projects
- Secure delivery of validated/tested and compliant systems in close collaboration with users, System Owner, Process Owner and Supplier throughout the projects
- Define and implement governance model before system go-live
- Facilitate Organization Change Management
Candidate profile
- Some years of experience with GxP IT systems in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry
- Certified Project Management skills is a plus
- Excellent communication skills in English both verbally and in writing
- A facilitator that can drive progress and motivation in IT projects
- A translator that can help Zealand Business understand the technical subjects and supplier to understand Zealand needs
