Minerva’s CDMO is looking for a new addition to the team. We are looking for a (Senior) Scientist with a background in radiochemistry and/or analytical chemistry to contribute to development work within our CDMO.
The position is within a dynamic and multidisciplinary team that develops manufacturing and analytical setups for targeted radionuclide therapies. This necessitates close collaboration with our scientists and technicians across the organization. It is essential that you are a good team player and have excellent communication skills, are efficient and have an eye for detail to maintain the high quality of data we are known for.
The ideal candidate will be a PhD level radiochemist with prior experience in CMC and GMP. But the most important thing is interest, a quick mind, and a willingness to learn.
You will be part of an experienced team, and your role will include a wide range of responsibilities:
- Development of robust production setup, including material selection, process design and process descriptions
- Development of analytical setup
- Engage with clients regarding development activities
- Synthesis setup and automation on dedicated synthesis modules
- Validation of processes and analytical methods
- Equipment qualification
All within a new and expanding GMP clean room facility
Qualifications:
- Ideally a PhD in radiochemistry, radiopharmacy, analytical chemistry
- While prior experience in radiochemistry is not mandatory, a willingness and aptitude to learn are essential.
- Experience in analytical method development, validation, and lifecycle management in a GMP-regulated environment.
- 3+ years relevant experience in an academic or industrial environment.
