Key Responsibilities
As a Compliance Scientist in Manufacturing at Tetra Pharm Technologies, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our manufacturing processes adhere to all applicable procedures of our quality system. You will be responsible for monitoring compliance activities and working closely with our team in Manufacturing and Quality Assurance.
- Ensure that all manufacturing processes comply with internal procedures rooted in best-practice and industry guidelines.
- Identify, address and correct any compliance issues in collaboration with the responsible process operators/scientists and QA.
- Develop and implement compliance strategies to improve manufacturing processes.
- Collaborate with quality assurance, production, and other departments to maintain high standards of compliance.
- Prepare and review documentation related to compliance activities, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Remain up-to-date on industry regulations and best practices to ensure continuous compliance.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in a relevant scientific field (e.g., Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, Biology, Engineering).
- Interest and curiosity in compliance activities within the pharmaceutical industry.
- A high-level understanding regulatory requirements and quality standards (e.g., GMP, ISO).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Danish and English.
- As a person, you are a team player who takes responsibility, while contributing to a positive and dynamic work environment among you colleagues.
- You have go-getter attitude and dare to take the initiative to throw yourself into new tasks.
