Roles and Responsibilities
Picture yourself as the strategic force that drives the organization's growth and success in Karo's driven world. As the Human Resources Business Partner you will be coaching, supporting and guiding the organisation in all HR-related topics. In addition to this, you will become the ultimate go-to person to People Leaders in UK but also for smaller Karo Hubbs, create outstanding cultural vibe and orchestrate the people and Organisation Strategy. This will include:
- Partnering with People leaders in UK to actively drive People strategy and have a direct impact on our continued success in Karo
- Providing the leaders with guidance in day-to-day performance management
- Working hands-on with employee relations cases and other business cases connected to organizational changes, work environment, work relationships, and talent management
- Being accountable for creating, driving and integrating elements of the People strategy and processes through Employee lifecycle
- An important part of the role is to initiate and drive different People related initiatives and projects
- Maintaining an in-depth knowledge of local legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reduced legal risks and ensure regulatory compliance
- To be successful you need to have a strategic mindset, great people skills and easily identify, prioritize and implement initiatives/projects.
You won't be alone in that journey. In this role, you will be part of the People team, a Guild of seven professionals within HR, TA, Payroll and Office, all led by the Head of People & Organisation.
Requirements
- 4-8 years experience of working as an HR-business partner independently supporting and coaching a diverse set of leaders
- Good Knowledge and/or experience within national employment law, and experience from independently handling employment law related matters
- Experience from working in global organisations with international set up is extra valuable.
- A good understanding of the many disciplines within HR, including DE&I, Performance Management, Compensation & Benefits and Talent Management
- Having a strategical mindset, capability of swiftly identifying priorities as well as implementing and executing initiatives and projects
- Excellent stakeholder mgmt. and developing good work relationships across the organisation
- Strong change management and project management capabilities
