About the Role
We are looking for an engaging and people-focused Team Leader to lead a team of Cardiac specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality delivery while fostering a positive, collaborative, and high-performing team culture.
As a People Leader, you take the time to understand your team members, identify their strengths, and support their professional development. You help individuals grow while ensuring the team works effectively together toward shared goals.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of cardiac professionals.
• Ensure high-quality and timely completion of activities.
• Support onboarding, training, and knowledge sharing within the team.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and promote best practices.
• Foster collaboration, accountability, and engagement across the team.
• Work closely with other teams to ensure alignment e.g., Customer Care.
Preferred qualifications
• Experience leading, coaching, or mentoring a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and develop others.
• Structured, proactive, and solution-oriented approach.
• Extensive knowledge of ECG analysis and cardiac arrhythmias.
