About the Role We are now recruiting a Marketing Specialist to join our Commercial team at our Stockholm headquarters.
This is a broad, operational, and administrative role at the center of our commercial and medical activities. It is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment, enjoys coordinating complex projects, and takes pride in creating structure, clarity, and seamless execution.
As a Marketing Specialist, you will support global marketing initiatives, manage operational and administrative workflows, oversee congress and event logistics, and collaborate with colleagues across Commercial, Medical Affairs, and our affiliates. You will also work closely with agencies, vendors, congress organizations, and healthcare professionals. In addition, you will contribute to the marketing team by creating and updating materials based on provided templates, ensuring consistent branding and high-quality visual output.
The role requires a highly organized, proactive, service-minded team player with strong administrative precision — someone who enjoys taking ownership, solving problems, and contributing to high quality commercial execution.
Key Responsibilities - Coordinate effectively across Commercial, Medical Affairs, affiliates, and external partners to ensure seamless execution.
- Support the development and maintenance of commercial materials, manage Veeva workflows, and contribute to graphic design updates.
- Handle administrative workflows such as contract coordination (HCP/O, vendors, sponsors) and transfer of value documentation.
- Lead and manage global and regional congress logistics, including travel, venues, vendors, registrations, and materials.
- Organize scheduling, logistics, and documentation for GPT and commercial meetings.
- Provide operational support for medical advisory boards and sponsorship related activities.
- Deliver proactive administrative and logistical support to Nordic and other affiliate organizations.
Qualifications & Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, or related field.
- Minimum five years of relevant experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Extensive experience in congress project management and logistical coordination.
- Solid experience with regulatory and quality systems (Veeva suite meriting)
- Proven experience and skills of graphic design using Adobe InDesign or similar tools.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, service-minded, and solution-oriented approach.
- Ability to take on independent project leadership with a “can-do” mindset
- Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English.
