KLIFO is a premium drug development consultancy and leading provider of full-service Clinical Trial Supply. This is an exciting time to join our company as we have recently expanded our Clinical Trial Supply capacity and sharpened our strategic footprint in our Advisory business.

In this role you will report to the CEO, and you will be a part of KLIFO’s highly experienced Finance, IT and Business Support area, located in Glostrup.
This role involves collaboration across all departments, levels and functions in KLIFO. As well as external parties such as customers, suppliers, external counsel and other stakeholders.
As Legal Manager, you will contribute with:
Being the trusted legal sparring partner to the business and management by providing support and advice with focus on a variety of commercial contracts, legal risk and compliance activities.
Main contributions:
- General legal support to meet business needs towards customers, suppliers and other business partners such as:
- Continuous development of contract practices, templates, training etc.
- Reviewing, drafting, advising and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts, including MSAs, CDAs, consulting agreements, supply and sourcing agreement
- Legal advice during contract management
- Responsible for GDPR compliance activities in KLIFO, including further development of compliance programme, implementation, training and monitoring.
- Responsible for other legal compliance tasks including maintaining activities within business ethics, sanctions and export control
- Ad hoc legal and compliance tasks and projects
- Potential to be responsible for ESG/sustainability programme, including maintaining KLIFOs sustainability strategy, reporting, define and follow up on actions.
Your background and qualifications:
Besides a solid legal understanding, in order to succeed as our Legal Manager you shall be:
- Able to perform job functions and duties independently and consistently with minimal oversight and guidance (as the sole commercial in-house legal) while delivering high-quality outcomes.
- Thrive in a dynamic business environment and readiness to handle many different types of tasks.
- Business oriented legal mind-set as focus is on enabling business while maintaining proper legal standards.
- Able to successfully manage and prioritise workload while partnering with the business to set appropriate priorities with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Able to analyze complex legal issues and provide sound and understandable advice in a business context.
Furthermore you have
- Educational background as Cand. Jur. or Cand. Merc. Jur.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience, either as in-house counsel in a company or from law firm
- Experience with commercial contracts, reviewing, drafting and negotiating is preferred
- Experience within GDPR and/or life science industry is an advantage
- Fluent in English and Danish
