We are strengthening our international new business capabilities and hiring a Sales Manager whose primary focus is to win new customers in export markets. You will own the full new logo sales cycle end to end, from identifying target accounts and prospecting to leading negotiations and closing new contracts.
In this hunter role, you will generate the majority of your pipeline through proactive outbound work. You will combine targeted prospecting, first meetings, tailored proposals and disciplined follow-up to close new business. You will collaborate closely with our design and production teams to shape high-quality solutions and you will be supported by marketing for visibility and lead generation.
This is a permanent position based in Espoo. We meet regularly at the office, so we expect you to work on site weekly. Travel in Finland and Europe is part of the role, approximately 30 percent.
Your key responsibilities
- Acquire new customers in the Nordics and, selectively, in Central Europe, with a clear focus on new logos and export growth
- Manage the full sales cycle for new business: define target groups and ICPs, prospect, secure meetings, create proposals, lead negotiations and close
- Expand selected existing strategic accounts where relevant
- Represent the company in customer meetings, trade fairs and industry events, many of which are international
- Maintain a high quality sales pipeline and reporting in Salesforce
- Work with design and production in solution selling to ensure successful delivery
What we expect from you
- University degree in business, engineering or another relevant field
- At least 5 years of international B2B sales with a proven track record in complex new business acquisition
- Demonstrated success in sourcing, developing and closing new customers, including consistent quota attainment, multiple new logos per year and the ability to build a pipeline from scratch
- Strong hands‑on experience in outbound prospecting (targeted outreach, cold calling, cold emailing) and selling to international customers in new geographical markets
- Goal‑oriented, proactive and self‑directed approach to managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing
- Excellent verbal and written negotiation, communication and presentation skills in both Finnish and English
- Willingness to travel in Finland and Europe
