About Adalyon We're a Nordic based Biotech Startup developing AI-driven speech biomarker technology for clinical trials. Our platform captures patient-reported outcomes through voice, measuring behavioral patterns via acoustic and prosodic speech patterns.

The Role You'll own our cloud platform for speech biomarkers, from architecture to deployment. This is a hands-on technical leadership role in a small team. You'll write code daily while setting technical direction and guiding the team's work.
What We're Looking For
- Experience building GxP-compliant software or medical devices for clinical/life sciences
- Proven understanding of agile QMS practices
- Knowledge on working AI first, using LLMs in a controlled IDE
- Proven ability to architect and ship cloud-based platforms
- Comfortable owning your domain while staying close to the code
