Social Media & Marketing Intern – O2matic (Herlev)
Do you have a passion for social media, sharp content and storytelling – and would you like to help shape the brand of an innovative Medtech company? Then you might be our new Social Media & Marketing Intern at O2matic.
About the role
As a Social Media & Marketing Intern, you will be part of O2matic’s, dedicated team, where you’ll get responsibility and the chance to leave a real mark on how we communicate complex medical technology in an accessible way. You will, among other things:
- eHelp plan and produce content for our social media channels (primarily LinkedIn).
- Support the development of marketing materials – e.g. presentations, brochures, one-pagers and website content.
- Work with customer cases, from patient stories to interviews with leading clinicians and researchers, and turn them into clear, engaging content.
- Help develop and sharpen O2matic’s branding profile and visual/verbal identity.
- Contribute to the increased use of our CRM and the implementation of HubSpot’s marketing tools, including better integration between social media, website and CRM.
- Support post-market activities – including sending materials to customers and coordinating practical documentation and assets in our shared file drives.
- Assist with ad hoc tasks within marketing and communication.
About you
We imagine that you:
- Are currently studying communication, marketing, journalism, media, healthcare technology or a related field.
- Have a strong interest in social media, digital communication and content creation.
- Communicate clearly and confidently in English, both in writing and speaking.
- Are curious about health technology and Medtech - and keen to learn how to communicate medical devices to different audiences.
- Enjoy working with diverse formats – from short social media posts to longer case stories and interview-based content.
- Are structured, willing to learn and thrive with both independent tasks and close collaboration in a small team.
- Experience with HubSpot or other CRM/marketing automation tools is a clear plus.

Practicalities
- Location: O2matic’s office in Herlev.
- Workload: 10-15 hours per week
