About the Role
We’re looking for a sharp and curious Legal Student Assistant who wants hands-on experience inside a fast-moving tech and digital health company. In this role, you will support our CFO and work closely with our Data Protection Officer on a wide range of contract-related and compliance-focused tasks.

What you will work on
Your tasks will vary - but you can expect to be involved in:
- Drafting, reviewing, and updating contracts (e.g. NDAs, Scope of Work, vendor agreements).
- Supporting our CFO with legal documentation, and contract management.
- Contributing to the operation of our compliance-related work, including documentation supporting ISO certification, security governance, and internal policies.
- Assisting with internal processes around compliance, legal governance, and risk management.
- Preparing material and supporting documentation for Clients, audits and external partners.
This role will give you insight into the management of contracts, compliance, and legal structures ofa regulated software company - and why they matter for patients, partners, and product teams.
About You
You are likely in the final year of your bachelor’s in law or in the first year of your master’s, and you enjoy working with detail-oriented, structured tasks – but also value being part of a team where things move quickly.
We imagine you:
- Have an interest in commercial law, contracts, and/or life science
- Are structured, curious, and enjoy working in a setting where precision matters.
- Can communicate clearly in English.
- Are comfortable navigating documentation and have a natural sense for quality.
- Like working independently - but appreciate having sparring partners close by.
Experience with contract drafting or compliance work is a bonus, but curiosity, commitment, and an eagerness to learn matter more.
