🚀 What You’ll Do
As a Project Controller in Emendo Project Services, you will play a key role in complex projects for our clients, you will taking lead within Project Controlling, or maybe leading a whole Project Management Operations team, depending on clients need and project scope.
Your impact will be both strategic and operational—helping world-leading clients make better project decisions with confidence.
🧠 What You Bring
We’re looking for someone with a strong background and sharp instincts:
- 8+ years of experience in Project Controls, ideally within pharma, biotech, chemicals, or energy
- A degree in finance, business administration or similar
- Solid knowledge of project control systems (e.g., PIMS/Omega365, SAP or similar)
- Experience with connecting cost management to project planning, control, and risk management
- Strong understanding of Earned Value Management and basic accounting principles

- Thinks and works in a highly structured, detail-oriented way
- Is pragmatic and collaborative when solving problems
- Enjoys facilitating processes and driving progress across complex organizations
- Has excellent communication skills in English (Danish is a plus!)
- Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Enjoys a mix of longer-term assignments and shorter, fast-changing projects
