What you'll be doing:
- Monitor incoming enquiries and reports on Karo's cosmetic products
- Register, manage, and close cosmetic product complaints in Karo's database, ensuring timely resolution
- Use standard answers and approved material to reply to customer questions, escalating when necessary
- Compose and refine standard replies to frequently asked questions, enhancing communication and efficiency
- Perform literature searches for Periodic Safety Update Reports (PSURs) for Karo's medical devices
- Provide back-up support by handling medical and safety enquiries and reports for medical devices and entering them into Karo's database
- Support complaint handling for other product categories such as medical devices and pharmaceuticals
- Assist the Local and Regional Patient Safety team with tasks like compliance checks for Karo's worldwide partners
Requirements
- Student of pharmacy, medicine, life sciences, or an equivalent field
- Friendly, collaborative, and team-oriented personality
- Excellent communication skills with a good command of English (Swedish is a plus)
- Strong alignment with Karo's core values
- Ability to work proactively and independently in a dynamic, fast-moving environment
