We also work closely with other internal departments at Lactosan to transfer and implement new and relevant knowledge.
Your Responsibilities
- Plan and carry out sensory evaluation tasks focusing on raw cheeses, finished products, and different applications
- Prepare samples, set up tests, conduct and/or supervise analyses, independently interpret data, and ensure proper data storage
- Perform analyses of cheese powder and applications in relation to sensory aspects, pH, texture, chemical composition, and functional properties
- Summarise data for final reports and present findings to stakeholders through oral and written reports and presentations
Your Background
- A bachelor’s degree in dairy or food science and technology, or a related field, preferably with some practical experience in cheese production and dairy technology. Recent graduates are also encouraged to apply
- Knowledge of flavouring, aroma, and sensory evaluation techniques is an advantage
- Proficient in both Danish and English, spoken and written
