Job Summary
As Head of People and Culture, you will play a key role for the People and Culture function of 21st.BIO. You will ensure that all necessary human resource policies, programs, and procedures are continuously updated and compliant with relevant legislation and best human resources practices.
Responsibilities
- You will serve as a resource to the Executive Management Team and provide legal expertise, support, and advice within the HR field.
- You will continuously research and collect local compensation and benefits trends, providing the Executive Management Team with meaningful summaries to help optimize compensation and our overall employee value proposition.
- You will support people managers in recruitment processes, ensuring effective talent acquisition and smooth onboarding and integration of qualified candidates.
- You will be responsible for the yearly performance review process and work to integrate timelines and completion deadlines, including responsibility for the full remuneration packages.
- You will assist our Finance team with monthly payroll, holiday and absence reports.
- You will handle all day-to-day cases within People & Culture and proactively advise management in DK and US. .
- You will maintain our HR-system and make sure employee data are always up to date as well as keeping employee records structured and GDPR compliant.
- You will support our H&S committee in its work to promote a healthy and safe work environment for all employees.
Requirements
- You have 5-10 years of experience from an HR generalist role.
- You have worked with the entire HR palette meaning recruitment, performance management, employment law, compensation & benefits, organizational and people development, health and safety, compliance and HR administration.
- You have a high level of professionalism, excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and high quality of deliverables.
- You have a high energy level and strong work ethic.
- You have a problem-solving mindset and are not afraid of taking on a broad range of tasks in an entrepreneurial environment.
- You are highly flexible and motivated, you thrive in a fast-paced, small-team work environment and bring a positive attitude and humour to the team.
