We are looking for a goal-oriented Sales Manager to drive the growth of our Design Services at Innokas!
In this role, you will take full ownership of the sales process—from prospecting and first contact to leading quotations and contract negotiations with both new and existing customers.
Your primary focus will be on selling our technical design services, with an understanding of manufacturing viewed as a strong advantage. You will play an integral role in generating new business opportunities that turn into long-term partnerships, while also expanding cooperation with existing clients by identifying the right solutions to meet their objectives.
This is a hands-on sales role that combines new customer acquisition, business development, and account management. You will collaborate closely with our engineering and production teams to ensure that client needs are met with high-quality, tailored solutions. You’ll be representing our services in customer meetings, industry events, and other key touchpoints across the region.
The position is permanent and is based in Espoo or alternatively in Kempele.
What we expect from you:
- M.Sc. or B. Sc in Business administration, Engineering, or other relevant field
- Result oriented way of working and proactive attitude towards hands on sales and contacting new customers
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably experience in engineering services or contract manufacturing industry
- Proven track record in managing complex sales
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills in English and Finnish. Other Nordic languages are seen as a plus
- Willingness to travel (approximately 30 % of working time)
- Experience in medical device industry is considered as a plus
- Existing professional network in the sector is a plus
