SENIOR PMO CONSULTANT (Project Controls Manager)
Do you have experience with project controlling, preferably on complex investment projects primarily in the pharmaceutical industry from (and through) early design phases to execution and qualification? And do you want to further develop your project controls skills? Then YOU might be the one we are looking for!
As the demand for our services increase, we are looking for an experienced Senior PMO Consultant!
DO YOU WANT TO BE PART OF THE GOOD STORY?
You will have a key role in the Project Management Operations team or lead it yourself depending on the size of the project and the customer. You will take a comprehensive approach to managing project controls on a portfolio of CAPEX and other projects. This includes overseeing among others cost, schedule, and risk aspects of the projects.
You probably have a background in finance, business administration, controlling or similar. But most importantly you are coming with minimum of 8 years of experience in Project Controls (preferably within the pharmaceutical, biotech, chemical industry or energy sector) and are comfortable using project control tools and terminologies.
Furthermore you:
- Knows your way around project controls systems (PIMS/Omega365 or similar)
- Have proficiency in Project Planning/control and Project Risk Management
- Are on top of Earned Value Management principles and knows basic accounting principles
- Are highly structured and detailed oriented by nature
- Are interactive and pragmatic in problem solving
- Are eager to develop and learn without fear of the unknown
- Thrive in facilitating processes and driving progress across different layers of the customers organization
- Have great communication skills in English both written and oral. If you master the Danish language as well, this is definitely a plus
- Thrive in a life consistent of both monthly assignments and rapid changing assignments
- Possess a special superpower, hold a unique talent, or have an extraordinary hobby – and we are looking forward to hearing about it!
Our tasks are primarily solved at the site of our customers, and it is therefore expected that you are flexible regarding workplace geography, also outside of Copenhagen.
