About the Position
As a consultant in our upcoming office in Odense, you will support a variety of engineering and project management tasks related to design, tendering, construction, and qualification & commissioning. Your workweek will be dynamic, ranging from desktop-based tasks to hands-on coordination on-site with the execution team. You will also have the opportunity to shape your projects based on your experience and interests, while playing a key role in nurturing existing customer relationships, establishing new partnerships, and contributing to the strategic direction of our professional development.
About You
We believe that a proactive mindset combined with solid technical skills is the foundation of success in our projects. We're looking for a consultant who takes initiative, is responsible, and solution-driven. You don’t have to be an expert, but you should be someone who’s eager to learn, take on challenges, and contribute to the team.
In addition, you:
- Hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering (civil, structural, mechanical, automation, or a similar field).
- Bring 2-5 years of experience, ideally in regulated industries such as GMP or food.
- Have a strong interest in construction design, commissioning, testing, and qualification of facilities, utilities, or equipment.
- Are familiar with project management tools and experienced in budget and schedule control.
- Have hands-on experience with CAD, BIM, and other technical drawing tools.
- Excel at managing multiple ongoing tasks while maintaining a clear overview and setting the right priorities.
- Possess strong communication skills in both Danish and English, written and spoken.
Our work primarily takes place at client sites, with this role based in our new office in Odense. While you'll be connected to this office, the role requires flexibility for travel to projects within Zealand, especially in the beginning, as that’s where the current project needs are located.
