an international leader in up-cycled food ingredients with strong culinary roots. We are seeking
a technically proficient Quality Control Coordinator to join our dynamic team. We are looking for a passionate professional to ensure excellence in our quality control processes with a strong commercial sensitivity.
The Position:
This newly established role is critical for strengthening our commercial strategy, enhancing technical-commercial competencies, and providing products of high quality to our customers. Your work will be centered around our commitment to quality as measured by international standards. You will be involved in strategic projects that require creative and innovative solutions.
As Quality Control Coordinator, you will report to the Quality C&A Team Lead.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
You will work to increase awareness and ensure compliance with quality standards from raw material reception to final production. Your responsibilities will include maintaining comprehensive food safety and quality processes, and continuous development of our unique quality program.
· Uphold Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), maintain sanitary conditions, and ensure product safety and quality.
· Maintain raw material analyses that comply with food safety standards.
· Manage product specifications (physical, chemical, and microbiology analyses).
· Secure compliance with regional and international food standards/legislation (EFSA and national FVST).
· Participate and support the daily production flow when needed.
Candidate Profile:
We are looking for a proactive and adaptable professional who wants to be part of a visionary company, that is working to change the food system.
We are specifically looking for candidates with:
· A master’s or bachelor’s degree in food science, specialized in food microbiology, food safety, food quality management and control, or a related field, paired with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a food manufacturing company.
· A passion for food safety and quality.
· Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
· Comprehensive knowledge of food industry certifications such as BRC, HACCP, and IFS.
· Lab-skills.
· High work ethics, effective organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a flexible environment.
· Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
· Preferably the candidate master’s both Danish and English written and spoken.
