Emendo Implementation - Jutland is specialized in IT/OT implementations ensuring that solutions are fit for use, business processes are operational, and projects are well planned, governed and executed. We work in several industries, but most of our tasks lie within the pharmaceutical industry. We thrive in the gap between people, systems, and processes to solve technical as well as organizational challenges.
As an IT Consultant, you will work on a variety of projects, collaborating closely with clients and project teams to deliver meaningful results. You’ll develop expertise in problem-solving, process and solution design, organizational alignment, and effective communication.
What it takes to thrive in this role
- 2+ years of experience
- Bachelor or Master in related field, or equivalent working experience
- Affinity with ERP landscape and projects
- Strong in Project management and stakeholder management
- Pharma experience is a plus but not a must have
- Pro-active, self driven, collaborative, constructive
- Focus on having fun together, adding value to customer, team, capability, growth, maturity
- Enjoying success as well as constructive trial & error
Furthermore, it is an advantage if you:

- Are curious and open to learning new methodologies and tools.
- Enjoy supporting and facilitating processes across various levels of client organizations.
- Can adapt easily to a mix of scheduled tasks and changing priorities.

Here is what you will be working with
- Address technical, process, and organizational challenges to deliver analysis and implement solutions effectively.
- Work directly with clients, often on-site, as part of project teams to ensure timely execution aligned with organizational needs.
- Gain new knowledge quickly to tackle unfamiliar challenges, leveraging curiosity and a proactive mindset.
- Mentor and collaborate with team members to foster shared learning and growth.
