We are looking for experienced consultants or Life Science industry professionals with experience in Quality, Regulatory, IT, R&D, project management, or similar, to join our Swedish team in Stockholm area. If you have worked in the Life Sciences, there might be a place for your skills and knowledge here. As an Epista consultant, you will experience a variety of diverse assignments and master many different competencies, including technical skills and regulatory knowledge.
Depending on your expertise and interests, you may work with:
- Compliance questions
- Validation activities
- Audit execution
- GMP Processes
- QMS Development and Optimization
- Project management
The Epista team has extensive experience in various Life Science fields, in addition to technical expertise and project management. You'll be part of a team that increases the contribution of Life Science to society by turning compliance obstacles into business opportunities.

Your Qualifications
It´s about who you are - Important for us is not only the required skillset, but also that you’re a good cultural fit for the Epista Team. You are trustworthy, can work independently, have a high degree of situational awareness, and a flair for communicating with a variety of personalities. This is important because it ensures your image as a credible partner for Epista’s clients.
In addition, you have:
- At least 5 years of experience in any of the following Life Science areas: Compliance, QMS, QA/QC, QP, validation, auditing, or similar in a regulated industry
- A driven, structured, flexible, and ambitious mindset with a high focus on customer’s needs
- A desire to continuously improve your clients, your colleagues, your company, and yourself
- You speak and write Swedish at a professional level, and you have excellent written and spoken English skills
- Possibility for occasional travel as some of our customers are located at different locations
For this position we will only be considering candidates residing in Sweden, as well as being eligible to work in Sweden.
On a typical day you might ...
As an Epista consultant, you’ll be working at the intersection of compliance and business as a part of our highly skilled and dedicated team.
You’ll be involved in a wide variety of projects and assignments and always in connection with various business areas. And the best part? You probably already have the skills and have done many of the tasks in your previous roles in the industry. But now, your time will be spent with our clients – international pharma and medical technology companies.
Your daily activities might include:
- Collaborating with colleagues at your clients and internally at Epista
- Developing, reviewing, and updating documentation
- Understanding and applying the customer needs
- Problem solving. Help clients solve specific problems or challenges they are facing, by applying your expertise and advice.
- Drive processes and projects
- Holding and facilitating training sessions
