The position:
Vicore is rapidly growing and aims to strengthen its team by hiring a full-time Executive Assistant for its Stockholm headquarters.
The Executive Assistant's primary responsibility is to support the CEO (based in Boston, MA) in several diversified areas and activities and will also fulfill a key support role at Vicore. The responsibilities will include but are not limited to, travel arrangements, expense reports, managing calendars, and executive meeting scheduling and logistics. The Executive Assistant will also support in various corporate administrative matters, organizing conferences and meetings. The ideal candidate must have a keen sense of time management, logistics planning, organization, and attention to detail. Other areas of responsibilities may be possible, depending on the candidate’s background and interest and Vicore's needs. This role is collaborative and requires much coordination with internal and external contributors.

Key responsibilities:
- Provide a full range of administrative support for the CEO, proactively managing the calendar, organizing meetings, planning travel, expense reporting, and drafting communications
- Facilitate effective communication between executives and internal/external stakeholders
- Assist in the coordination and implementation of projects and initiatives as directed by the CEO
- Vendor management, management of contracts, status of vendors, etc
- Support on various corporate administrative matters
- Planning and organizing company events
- Provide administrative support for department- and organization-wide projects
- Flexibility to undertake any additional tasks that may occur within the fieldl
- Build effective relationships with the team by being highly responsive and flexible, with a “can do” approach to problem-solving
- Support on selected cross-functional projects, ensuring the timely completion of deliverables and objectives
Your qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience in similar roles
- Experience in biotechnology or pharma environment is highly advantageous
- Experience from working in international/global context/company is advantageous
- Experience from working in publicly traded companies is highly advantageous
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong communication skills in English and Swedish
- Ability to work independently with a proactive approach
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Sharepoint, and MS Teams
- Fluency in English, both oral and written

Location:
