How to set up more targeted job alerts? (e.g. matching a keyword or location)

I have been asked if it's possible to create specific job alerts (to reduce noise from jobs that are not interesting). 

The answer is yes - follow the below steps

1. Specify and refine your search criteria (keywords, job category, location etc.) here:
2. At the bottom of this search page choose "Get notified about future jobs matching the search above" and add your email.
