We are searching for a Bookkeeper to join our company as a key part of Team Finance. If you have a keen eye for detail, a structured approach to your work, and value excellent teamwork, you might be the perfect fit for this role. The position is a full-time position at our headquarter in Odense.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities
- General accounting
- Payroll for our Danish colleagues and coordination with international payroll agencies
- Accounts receivables including follow-ups with customers
- Expense management and reimbursement
- Accounts payable including payments and reconciliation
- Ad-hoc tasks within finance and/or general administration
Qualifications

- You have 3+ years of relevant work experience, for example from a finance department, auditing firm, bookkeeping agency or from your own practice
- You are used to work with various IT systems, and it is natural for you to adapt to new systems. Experience with e-conomic, Pleo, Corpay & Zenegy is an advantage
- You thrive in a scale-up company where things change, and the development of robust processes are required
- You are fluent in both spoken and written English
- You have knowledge about the Danish Holiday Act
- You possess a great amount of integrity and sense of responsibility
