Are you interested in fermentation and want to prevent foods from being wasted, you might just be the right fit for the team.
What You’ll Do
- Getting your hands dirty
- Growing Koji
- Processing side streams of Chicken, Mushrooms, Vegetables, and Shorecrabs.
- Operate production machinery and equipment with precision
- Work closely with our dedicated team to meet daily targets
- Help ensure high quality of products
- Comply with standard operating procedures to adhere to quality standards.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient workspace
