We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Student Assistant to support our Marketing and Events team in various tasks.
Event and conference support:
· Aid in the logistical aspects of event planning and execution.
· Prepare event materials and ensure their timely delivery.
· Assist in coordinating event schedules and logistics.
Monthly newsletter:
· Gather information and content for newsletters.
· Assist in setting up newsletter structure and layout.
· Prepare graphics and visuals to enhance newsletter aesthetics.
Website maintenance:
· Assist in updating website content and graphics as needed.
· Collaborate with the team to ensure website accuracy and relevance.
Control of marketing material stock:
· Manage inventory of marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, etc.
· Update marketing material content and design as required.
· Ensure availability of marketing materials for various initiatives.
Content production support, helping to create and organize all types of content (videos, e-books, articles, etc)
On-going marketing support to our subsidiaries in Brazil, Germany, US, UK and China.
Ad hoc activities supporting the Global Marketing team
Requirements:
- Just started studies in a relevant field (Marketing, Communications, Political Science., etc.) with at least 1 year ahead of studies.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Other languages are a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience in graphic design software e.g. Canva is advantageous.
- Basic knowledge of WordPress
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing concepts.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
