Accountant

This position is open at our office in Uppsala, Sweden.

Join our team at LINK Medical, a Contract Research Organization (CRO) and Regulatory service provider. We’re currently seeking an Accountant to join our Uppsala office. In this role, you’ll actively contribute to the financial operations of our Sweden-based entity and the broader LINK Medical Group.

As an Accountant at LINK Medical, your responsibilities will include accounting, bookkeeping, reporting to the LINK Medical Group, and participating in process improvement initiatives. The position reports to the Group Accounting Manager and offers exposure to diverse financial functions within the LINK Medical Group.

Responsibilities

• Handle accounting tasks, including processing expenses and invoices
• Establish projects in our project management system and collaborate with project leaders
• Month-end close procedures
• Conduct balance reconciliations
• Report monthly to Tax authority; sales and VAT
• Assist in reporting and contribute to process improvements

Desired qualifications

• Education in accounting or other financial field
• We encourage graduates to apply
• Proficiency in relevant software and systems
• Fluent in both Swedish and English
